本DLL是基于Libcurl写的傻瓜化C++网页获取类封装。

本项目不适用于一些大型需要功能较多的项目，适用于小型的只需要单纯地用Get、Post提交方式，可以保存cookies。

现期待有人fork出一个linux版本。
