======最近刚与微软达成专利和解协议的欧洲GPS开发商TomTom宣布了新的开源格式OpenLR，可用于在不同GPS开发商的数字地图中分享路线信息，如导航点、天气和交通情况等。LR代表Location Referencing，TomTom的目标让OpenLR成为一个开放标准，去建立一个协作式的信息库。支持OpenLR的技术工具将使用GPLv2许可证发布，目前技术文档已发布在网上。
