Checkboxify allows you to dynamically replace <select> form elements with checkbox <input> elements. As the original <select> is hidden and disabled, rather than removed, dynamic modification of its <option> can be reflected in the <input> checkboxes.

The current version assumes that any <select> it is applied to allows for multiple selections. Future versions will check each <select> and generate checkbox or radio <input>s as appropriate.
