instruments-without-delay 修复了使用苹果仪器/UIAutomation工具中的执行UIAHost.performTaskWithPathArgumentsTimeout 命令时的延时问题。通常执行 performTaskWithPathArgumentsTimeout 命令需要 1 秒钟，但是使用此工具则无论执行命令的速度多快都能够快速做出响应，基本上无延迟。
