本周的产品开发、社区运营进展如下：

产品设计

1.1   正式下线BitUN当前线上版本比联岛、BUCC/IOV糖果、邀请注册等部分功能；

1.2 支持BCH硬分叉，并排期和准备相关工作；

1.3 全面跟进3.0版本的功能测试，协调解决研发过程中的各类问题；

1.4 App端与官网页面5种语言国际化文案翻译与校对，并提交测试；

1.5 准备3.0上线需要的各类资源和配置；

1.6完成3.1版本PRD的90%内容，开始不断修改和完善；

1.7 产品团队持续进行竞品调研，输出调研报告。

• BitUN 3.0搭建测试版发布环境，完成100%；

• BitUN 3.0搭建正式版发布环境，完成100%；

• BitUN 3.0业务监控方案设计、开发、验证，完成90%.

产品+社区运营

3.1  BitUN周边产品投入生产

BitUN周边产品即将全部制作完成，待所有产品制作周期结束后，我们将进入拍摄阶段，敬请期待！

3.2 国际化调研持续进行

本周，BitUN运营团队持续推进美国、英国、菲律宾、泰国、印尼等5个国家的区块链市场调研工作，调研结果和有关数据将为后期BitUN 3.0进驻海外市场提供充足的参考意见。

3.3 国际化文案翻译推进中

本周，运营团队对即将上线的BitUN 3.0国际化文案、官网和APP同时进行繁体、英文、泰语、印尼语等多语言版本翻译。BitUN 3.0将为来自世界各国的用户提供最好的使用体验。

For providing better user experiences, BitUN R&D and Operation team will continue to modify and optimize the product day and night.

The product development and community operation issues for last week are as follow:

Product Design

1.1 Officially offline partial current BitUN functions, such as BitUN Island, BUCC/IOV Candy, invitation and registerition;

1.2 Support BCH hard fork, schedule and prepare related work;

1.3Troubleshooting for the potential problems of Version 3.0 release, and develop the response solutions;

1.4 Translating and proofreading for international copywriting in 5 languages of App and PC;

1.5Prepare all kinds of resources and configurations required for 3.0 release;  1.6 Complete 90% of the version 3.1 PRD draft (including 5 major functions and several small features), began to edit and polish the content;

1.7Research competing goods, launch reports.

2.1 Application

• Testing debugging;

• Complete APP code obfuscation;

• Verifing APP internationalization;

• Complete APP new demand (push related, currency control);

• Verifing APP production environment in progress.

2.2 Server

A. Basic Business System

• Complete SIT environment test and security test;

• Deploy the pre-production environment and testing the regression in rogress;

• Exercise Production environment deployment, verifing in progress;

• Exercise production environment system cutting, verifing in progress.

B. Gateway System:

• Complete SIT environment test and complete security test;

• Deploy the pre-production environment and test the regression in progress;

• Exercise Production environment deployment, verifing in progress;

• Developing, self-testing, verifing current limiting module in progress.

C. Monitoring warning:

• Developing and verifing monitoring alarm in progress.

D. Others:

• Complete candy related functions offline.

2.3 Refactoring

• Joint debugging for official APP 3.0;

• The rehearsal of original business data import: 90%;

• Environment containerization：80%;

• Test of server carry capability and resources usage: 10%;

• BitUN 3.0 Beta version release environment construction: 100%;

• Construction BitUN 3.0 full version release environment: 100%;

• Design, develop and verify business monitoring solution: 90%.

2.4 Testing

• Regression test for each function of App 3.0;

• Intertional test of APP 3.0

• Boss management backend regression testing.

Product + Community Operations

3.1  MD Producing

MD products of BitUN will be completed soon. After the production cycle of all products is end, we will enter the shooting stage. Please stay tuned!

3.2  Internationalization Research Continually Implementing

In this week, BitUN operation team continually implement the research of channels of wallets and exchanges in the US, UK, Thailand and Indonesia. The research report and related data is a solid base line for BitUN’s further expanding in overseas market.

3.3  Promotion of International Copywriting

In this week, the BitUN operation team will translate the international copywriting of official website and APP of BitUN 3.0 release into traditional Chinese, English, Thai and Indonesian. BitUN 3.0 will provide the best experience for users from all over the world.
