周报 | BitUN项目进展10.15-10.21

感谢一路相伴的朋友们，BitUN（比联）将在各位的支持下越来越好。过去的一周里，BitUN（比联）的各项工作都顺利推进，开发和产品运营团队将持续打磨产品，全力提升用户体验。

本周的产品开发、社区运营进展如下：

产品设计

1.1 完成3.0版本部分功能测试，跟进和解答3.0版本研发过程中的各类问题；

1.2 完成3.1版本各功能模块的PRD初稿，并在产品组内部进行初次评审；

1.3 搭建竞品调研框架，完成20+个竞品钱包调研，输出调研报告。

研发进度

2.1 客户端

• 完成“注册”、“登陆”、“找回密码”、“行情列表”、“公告”、“通知”、“设置资金密码”、“重置资金密码”、“忘记资金密码”、“重置资金密码”、“绑定手机”、“重置手机”、“谷歌绑定”、“谷歌更改”、“邮箱绑定”、“重置邮箱”、“常见问题”、“退出登陆”等功能开发，已提交测试，当前处于修复Bug阶段；

• 完成“资产”、“币种详情”、“充币”、“提币”、“交易记录”、“用户头像”、“用户昵称”、“用户地址薄”等功能开发，计划下周一提交测试；

• “身份认证”、“护照认证”、“定期理财”、“BitUN简介”、“使用条款”、“隐私政策”、“版本更新”、“行情详细”、“设置用户默认语言”等功能接口连调进行中，预计下周四开发完成并提交测试。

2.2 服务端

A. 基础业务系统：

• 公共组件、依赖改造：全系统联调 90%；

• 国际化系统：全系统联调 90%；

• 业务配置系统：全系统联调 90%；

• 币种管理系统：全系统联调 90%.

B. 上层业务系统：

• 内容管理系统：代码review、全系统联调同步进行 80%；

• 企业用户系统架构改造：代码review、全系统联调同步进行 80%；

• BOSS系统架构改造：编码完成，全系统联调 80%；

• 理财系统架构改造：全系统联调 80%；

• 算力产品系统架构改造：全系统联调 80%；

• 发现管理系统：全系统联调 90%；

• 全系统联调 80%。

C. 网关系统：

• 生产环境开始资源准备；

• 数据迁移方案设计进行中。

D.  中间件：

• 联调完成。

E. 其他：

• 社区体验环境资源准备完成，部署完成，联调、回归测试进行中；

• UAT环境开始资源准备。

2.3 重构端

• 完成核心模块开发；

• 完成开发联调环境搭建；

• 环境容器化完成 50%；

• 服务承载能力及资源用量测试完成 10%；

• 完成核心补充接口开发，补充接口内部联调；

• 完成核心业务内部调用改造为Dubbo链路；

• 核心业务服务上线准备（文档，脚本等）完成 90%；

• BitUN 3.0 搭建社区测试版发布环境完成 80%.

• 业务监控设计及实施(70%)

• BitUN 3.0 搭建正式版发布环境完成 10%.

2.4 测试

• 新币上线(一个)测试验证；

• APP3.0 功能测试及迭代回归，主要包括登录注册、忘记密码、安全设置及资产行情；

• APP3.0 测试用例持续补充完善。

产品+社区运营

3.1  策划万圣节活动

为增添万圣节的乐趣，BitUN运营团队本周对万圣节活动方案展开策划和讨论。届时将通过活动为大家发放福利，具体活动内容和规则，将在万圣节前夕公布。

3.2 BitUN周边产品打造计划启动

经过前期对周边产品方案的打磨，BitUN周边产品打造计划正式启动，本周最终敲定周边产品供应商，后续我们将与供应商针对设计方案进行沟通，并尽快投入到生产环节。

3.3 新版本媒体宣传方案敲定

为打造BitUN品牌形象和提升BitUN 3.0的曝光度，本周我们对行业资源进行收集整理和筛选，通过与渠道方的多次接触后，最终敲定新版本媒体宣传方案。

3.4 品牌宣传短片制作持续推进

本周，BitUN品牌宣传短片仍在紧罗密布的制作当中。通过与制作团队的不断沟通和调整，目前内容素材和剧本框架已基本确定。品牌宣传短片将在近期与大家见面，敬请期待！

The product development and community operation issues for last week are as follow:

1.1 Follow up and solve issues with the version 3.0 R&D, completed version 3.0 partial functions test.

1.2 Draft function modules of version 3.1, praised the first draft within product dept.

1.3Construct competing goods research framework, completed 20+ competing wallets researches, output the analysis report.

2.1 Application

• Completed function developments of “register”, “log in”, “retrieve password”, “market list”, “notification”, “capital password setting”, “capital password resetting”, “capital password forgetting”, “mobile number binding”, “mobile number resetting”, “Google account binding”, “Google account change”, “E-mail account binding”, “E-mail account resetting”, “FAQ”, “log out”. All functions were delivered to testing and debugging.

• Complete function developments of “capital”, “currency details”, “deposit”, “withdraw”, “transaction records”, “user icon”, “user name”, “user address”, test will be submitted on next Monday.

• Joint debugging “ID authentication”, “Passport authentication”, “periodic finance”, “BitUN introduction”, “terms of use”, “Privacy Policy”, “Version Update”, “Marketing Details” and “Language” interfaces, complete development and start test on next Thursday.

2.4 Testing

• Test and verified 1 new currencies;

• Implement functional test and iteractive regression of APP 3.0, including registration, log in, password forgetting, security setting and asset quotation;

• Continue replenishing APP 3.0 testcase.

Product + Community Operations

3.1 Schemed Halloween Event

Due to the upcoming Halloween, BitUN Operation team planed and discussed event for the day. The team will release surprises and bonus in the event. Event details and rules will be released before Halloween.

3.2 MD Project Started

After former modification, BitUN MD project officially launched. Final MD suppliers will be signed in this week and BitUN team will communicate with suppliers about design proposals to accelerate the producing.

3.3 Finalized New Version Media Promotion Plan

To brand and exposure BitUN, Operation team collected, sorted and screened on-hand media resources. After multiple contacts, the new version media promotion plan is finalized.

3.4 Processing Brand Promotion Video

The promotion video was still in intense producing. Boosted by continuing conversations and adjustments with the producing team, materials and script are basically confirmed. The video is going to meet you recently, stay tuned!
