回答这个问题可能为时已晚，但是我只是遇到了问题，而且我一直在安装和卸载，因此当您将python安装到版本pip install pandas并尝试使用另一个python3 file_name.py运行该程序时，就会发现问题发生
因此，开始运行：
which python
python --version
which pip
确保两者都对齐，最有可能的是，python是python，pip正在运行pip install pandas，或者pip来自anaconda的python版本，也很可能也是python3 file_name.py
如果将python重定向到2.7，并将pip重定向到pip3，请使用pip install pandas安装熊猫并使用python3 file_name.py运行程序。
