尝试各种搜索，由于zendstudio是基于eclipse开发的，所以试着使用eclipse的一些解决方法来处理还是未果。
由于我一直使用zendstudio比较早的版本v8/v9，几个月前都还正常。也许近一年内gitee有更新过ssl的加密版本,新的jdk1.8不再支持tls1和1.1,也就是说ssl安全性加强了。
将zendstudio升级到v12，git提交正常了。
