datepicker：焦点处理性能回归 ( 1d9a84e )
datepicker：在 ie 浏览器中，视觉焦点在箭头上 ( #2818 ) ( b20355e )
focustrap：在找到元素时，将 tabindex = -1 去掉 ( #2888 ) ( db7347b ), closes #2884
rating：不要影响导航栏的Tab 按键 ( 4b05da1 ), #2473 #2895
typeahead：使用 /ngModel 时，输入值重置。 ( 8d5397c ), closes #2816 #2850
typeahead：防止在选择下拉菜单中的一项后，重新打开下拉列表。 ( e0fe9f5 )， #2854 #2869
