主要功能及改进：

Keras 模型现在可以直接导出为 SavedModel 格式（tf.contrib.saved_model.save_keras_model()）并与 Tensorflow 服务一起使用。

Keras 模型现在支持使用 tf.data.Dataset 进行评估。

TensorFlow 二进制文件是在默认情况下链接的 XLA 支持的情况下构建的。

Ignite Dataset 添加到 contrib/ignite，允许使用 Apache Ignite。
