PostgreSQL 开发组宣布 PostgreSQL 11 的首个 RC 候选版本已可下载，主要修复了在 Beta 4 发布期间用户报告的一些 bug，包括：

• Fix a crash that occurred with event triggers on partitioned tables

• Ensure the transaction_timestamp function returns an updated timestamp in a stored procedure if it is called after a transaction is committed

• Disallow multiple primary keys to be created on partitions

• Fix for ALTER TABLE .. ATTACH PARTITION
